An ice cold glass of water with a spoon in it will bring fond memories to any Greek
person’s mind. A classic childhood treat, an ypovrichio or “submarine sweets”
have just three basic ingredients all in all; water, sugar
and confectioner’s glucose, which are boiled until combined.
Then the mixture is chilled, and finally made light and fluffy in a mixer.

Today we will present you a dish that can be both an appetizer and a dessert. It is called 'φέτα με μέλι' which translates to feta with honey. The combination of salty feta, crispy phyllo and the sweet honey sauce will absolutely blow your mind. On top of that the dish is also really easy to prepare, but takes about 40 minutes. The measurements given are for 4 portions.
