Crab Salad

Our today’s recipe is the traditional Greek crab salad. It is nice with some bread as a snack or a mini-meal in the summer or in between times. The fat free Greek yoghurt will make it a light, healthy and joyful meal.

 

 

Ingredients:
•    1 can chunked style crab meat
•    200 g Greek yoghurt
•    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•    1 onion
•    1 Celery
•    1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
•    1 tomato
•    A pinch of salt & pepper

Chop the vegetables and mix the ingredients together. Season it to your taste and toast some bread to have a wonderful meal. You can also add herbs, such as parsley, oregano or dill.
