This week’s band of the week is called Gone By Friday. The music they play is mostly punk rock, and many people compare them to green day. The members of the band are brothers named Chris, Peter and Billy.

The band started in the late summer of 2009 the idea came from peters guitar teacher. Billy, after breaking up with his old band Vanderveer Street and losing everyone he once knew needed something to pick him up so he was happy with the idea. The first song they made was named "Smoking Gun"   a song about moving on, forgetting the past and forgetting old frustrations.

Gone By Friday is dedicated to playing shows with high energy and fun. Their live show is something that should be seen and experienced heard and memorized. The guys love and appreciate all the support they've been getting, from all over the world. They are excited to hit the road as soon as possible to support the release of "Noisetank", so get ready.
