... we could use telepathy?

Often the communication with the words is more difficult of what we think, and the more annoying part is that the misunderstandings happen really often in the dailylife. We use sentences that for us have a certain meaning but not for the others.

How many times we said something using the wrong words, and explaining our real thoughts for too much time? Or even don't finding the words to express ourselves?
For the linguists less than the 10% of our daily communication is expressed by the words. Sometimes to do conversations with a good level of comprehension is hard also with people that we know from long time, like friends or family; so what to say about the comprehension with unknown peoples with a different culture and language? For sure the body language really help us and permit to surpass a lot of ostacles but it isn't enough, and can also happen that a kind of sign have differents meanings for differents cultures. For example the sign of the V with the hands for us is a symbol for the victory, but for others populations can be intrerpreted like an offence.
So what if we could use the telepathy in our communication? We would be able to trasmit exactly our feelings and our thoughts, breaking down all the usual difficulties in the relationships with the others persons, deepen the quality and the quantity of the communication. To better understand the importance of the telepathy is useful think about some real situation.
Imagine the work: would be really easy to understand what to do, and should be really difficult to committ mistakes. Finally,  after years of misunderstandings, we could know what our boss wants from us; in the front office works this would be a so big blessing that we could also imagine to close the complaints desks.
For the love affairs would be a real revolution, or maybe is better to say a dream that became reality. After thousands of years of evolution we could understand the other genre, making be closer Mars and Venus. How many times we said “I can't express my love for you”?. Well, finally now we could do it.
Quarrels, contrasts, and even wars often are caused by the intrinsic limit that there is in the words, and that permit a fast but really too simplified communication.
Feeling the emotions and the thoughts of the others would be an huge turning point in the human evolution, helping a journey to a different society in which the feelings can be expressed, more peaceful because the comprehension of each others would eliminate every misunderstanding and will improve the empathy in our race.
What to say about th negative points? For sure the cheaters would have an hard time, because they should continuosly fake what they fell, so for them would be a real disaster.
