Greek Couscous Salad

Greek cuisine seems to be heavy and fatty. They eat lots of feta cheese, meats as “Souvlaki” indeed. However you can also prepare some salad. Here you are: Greek Couscous salad.


What do you need?

You need the following ingredients:
1 pack of Couscous
1 pack of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 cloves of garlic
1 chopped parsley
200 g Feta cheese
1 cucumber, sliced and then halved
50 g pitted black olives
150 g diced Peppers, colors: yellow, red, orange
120 ml Greek Vinaigrette salad dressing

How to make it?

Cook 1 pack of couscous according to the package directions. Then keep it in cooler place. You can put it in a wide bowl to make the couscous cooler. Try to avoid clusters of couscous, stir it properly.
Small tomatoes cut in half. Chop garlic and add it to the couscous.
The rest of ingredients mix with cooled couscous.
At the end add Greek vinaigrette as you like. It means how moistness salad you want.
