Jaief and Asong got to know each other years ago and became longtime friends. Both are from sub-Saharan Africa and live in Germany right now. They just discovered one day that they are good in making music together. Jaief and Asong create their personal lyrics on their own and tell the listeners their story.

In their album Earworms they combine Pop, Rap and Hip Hop and express their love for sound and quality rap music. The duo is celebrating its progressive journey through life and give an optimistic retrospective into a long, and yet on-going walk, ingrained with all the ups and downs. Not only we like their result. Also Jamendo praises them. According to them Jaief and Asong are “Kicking off the New Year with some top quality Hip-Hop”.

And we agree that they are just “killing it”. Surprisingly they really sound like they were born in Brooklyn, New York and grew-up with the very best of East Coast hip-hop.
