He is a designer, a songwriter, singer, pianist and guitarist. In his young life he already achieved to compose some mind-sticking songs, to found his own blues cover band, to successfully organize his music-solo-project containing a wide range of songs from jazz to disco beats, to combine his passions design and music (as you can see in his videos) and to get nominated for the EuroMusic contest 2014.

We are talking about the new rising star and all-round-talent Paul Klason.

The musician prefers privacy and seems to reduce his public- and online presence to his artistic creation. Maybe that’s a sign for his humility? After reading some interviews with him, we guess that this sympathetic guy is spending his ambitiousness not for becoming a celebrity, but only for his dedication for music and art. Anyway, it is not that easy to get to know a little bit more about him. Nevertheless, we made the effort to collect some information about Paul Klason extra for you.

Our current “artist of the week” has his origins in Spain – more precisely from Barcelona. He began to discover his talent in music already very early. With ten years he already had his first gigs, covered hits and began to write lyrics.
Also his later songs were all written by himself. Klason understands music as the best way to express his thoughts and feelings. He uses it to communicate with the listeners, comparable with a language. That’s why he is also composing the melody on his own, spending several month to create the perfect music for his new singles. His style is influenced by Rihanna, Justin Timberlake and Eric Clapton.

One of his latest hits was produced with the famous youtube-rapper YoungMarkk from L.A. and was the 2nd most played song for several weeks on Jamendo – a popular free international music platform.

Paul Klason is declaring his artistic work as “project” and is supported by a great team, as such. Armando Erenas, Pepo Jimenez, Tito Torres, Núria Martorell, Tony Martin and Carlos Mañez are responsible for the instruments, whereas a few advisers help him to promote and manage his music, but also his designs. Also good in this department, he is designing covers of his EPs by himself.
