Stephane TV

Cold winter days make you being sluggish and you are actually already looking forward to spring, although the New Year just began? Then “Stephane TV” with its melancholic and poetic lyrics and alternative melodies will probably match  your mood.  Songs as “Coldness got me here” or “Snow Covered” will not only make you feel understood, but sweetens you the freezing time and will warm your “music lover-heart”.

Inspired by Rolling Stones, John Lennon and a variety of post-rock and indie bands, the Italian musicians create a sound that attracts pop and rock fans equally.
“Stephane TV” consists of the singer Giuseppe Capozzo who knows how to catch his listeners with his soft and eased voice, Alessandro who is creating the passionate atmosphere with his subtle guitar playing and joined the band after two former guitarists had left, Giovanni whose bass is causing the well-suiting contrast to the rather quiet vocals, as well as the drummer Claudio who is responsible for the beat and rhythm of the songs.

The men met each other in Pavia (Italy) in 2008. The band, whose name was inspired by famous “The Science of Sleep” by Michel Gondry, was founded at the same time. They published three EPs in the last past years.
Moreover, their first Digital Album “Lullabird” has been released, since February 2014. This Limited Edition contains their most popular singles and reflects the bandwidth and diversity of their artistic work. As a special highlight, Giuseppe who is not only talented in singing, but also in drawing, designed the cover of this album.

The music of “Stephane TV” is a magnetic mix of intuitivism and well-directed expression of their personal or critical feelings and thoughts. It remains remarkable that none of the band’s members ever had lessons in their instruments - only the fondness to the music and hard work led the Italians to their current level.
