...you’re not hungry anymore?

Everybody loves food. Food is a part of our daily life and is even crucial to your survival.Sometimes, when we already ate a lot of food or are stressed, you can´t see food for a while and your body sends you a signal that it doesn´t need any important and essential nutrients at the moment.You are satisfied and your body has enough energy to keep its system functioning. But what if you were not hungry the rest of your life?

 

 First of all, you would automatically start eating less or no food at all because you can´t find a special reason to eat food except for the important nutrients your body needs and the taste of food. You would even forget to eat! The signal you usually have when your body needs food is gone. Obviously, you will not notice when you actually have to eat anymore.

 

You would also lose a lot of weight day by day. As time passes it gets even very unhealthy for your body due to the fact your body can’t use the energy for your system. Accordantly, you would feel tired and get unconcentrated the whole day. Although you don’t feel any hungrier, you would even die from it after a while if you haven’t eaten anything.

Unfortunately, eating food would probably become an affliction in your daily life. You wouldn´t enjoy eating our favourite meal anymore without a need for food. Going to a restaurant with a couple of friends wouldn’t feel the same anymore. We wouldn’t appreciate having food anymore and the feeling of satisfying your hunger. Eating food would become like brushing your teeth. You don’t like it, but you have to do it to avoid cavities in your teeth. So, we would see food from a different perspective, probably like a task you have to do every day. It will get normal having food and you wouldn’t see it as a value anymore.

 

You would save a lot of money by buying less food. When you go for a trip somewhere for a while, you don’t need to worry about buying or eating food. Therefore, you can even save some time for other important things. Most importantly, you don’t need to suffer from hunger ever. You don’t have to wait until you get food while you are suffering.

Furthermore, you probably wouldn’t even know when you have eaten too much or too little, concerning the nutrients your body needs.

 

In conclusion, although hunger is an unpleasant feeling, it is important and essential for surviving. Therefore, we can be proud to have this function of our body.
