Today I would like to present you an artist whose music you already know. We often use his songs as background sounds for our articles. You are also listening to one of his songs right now. His name is Ron Gelinas and today you will finally get to know more about him.

Ron Gelinas is a Canadian composer as well as a musician and also a producer of commercial background music tracks. He was already passionate about music as a teenager and learnt to play the guitar and was member of several bands in High School and University. He never lost his passion for music and started to compose, produce and arrange music tracks as a hobby.

The tracks include mostly ambient and atmospheric sounds and, as he describes it, ‘hypnotic and haunting melodies’. He has published hundreds of songs and most of them are available through all the major digital distribution outlets as well as streaming sites. On his youtube channel, he also publishes tracks of other artists in order to promote and support them. The music is perfect for relaxing, studying and working or as background music in cafés, restaurants and lounges.

Personally, I do not only appreciate that Ron Gelinas music is free available which is amazing, but I also really enjoy his music.
