...you won one billion dollars

This week on “What if” we’ll have a look at all the things you could do if you suddenly won one billion dollars.

First off, I have good news for you. Since you won the money you are not required to pay any taxes and therefore you can keep the whole amount of money instead of having to give a big part of it to the state.

But what could you do with all that money?

 Well at first, you could pay off all your debts and open bills, so you never have to worry about them ever again.

Also, you could buy one of the things everyone has always dreamed of for example a whole Island or a massive yacht, or a private yet that can get you to wherever you want.

Besides that, you could also invest part of your money to travel around the world and get to make many new experiences and new friends in many different places.

You could also use some of the money to get your own house build, maybe even more than one.

If you don’t want to immediately spend all of your new money on many different things that may even be a waste of money, you could also invest your money in different sources, for example, start-ups or real estate, which gets you even more money in the end.

Still, you may feel bad for having so much money and might want to donate a part of it to people that would really need it right now. The people would really appreciate that and you could make a big difference with a donation!

So whatever you’d do with so much money if you had it, in the end, it’s your decision and you’d have to decide what to do with it. It’s sure though that even though money can’t buy you happiness, it can open many opportunities and can make a big difference in your life.
