This time we present to you Dan Falvey in our category “Band of the week”. Dan Falvey is a singer/songwriter from the United Kingdom. He currently lives in the capital city London.

When he was a teenager he went to the Dartford Grammar School in Kent, near to London. Afterwards, Dan Falvey studied Mathematics at the University of Essex in Colchester. Colchester is a small city in the southeast of Great Britain.

When he began producing music after his time at university, he started playing on an acoustic guitar. And still, he mostly plays the acoustic guitar in his songs. Dan Falvey usually throws in an instrumental break at some point during the song to keep things more interesting.

Most of his songs are quite soft. So, you can easily listen to them while working or when you just want to have a break. Especially Dan Falvey’s ambient music without lyrics is really relaxing. But he has a lot of calm songs with lyrics, as well. These songs are usually about losing love and finding love but he said he is trying to expand his repertoire in the future.
