Antonis Remos was born on the 19th of June 1970 in Düsseldorf, Germany but later moved back to his family’s hometown Thessaloniki, Greece where he graduated from school. It was during his early years that Antonis started to take an interest in music and learned how to play the guitar.

After numerous smaller performances in Thessaloniki, Antonis Remos had his first live appearance in Athens at the age of 25. At this occasion he performed together with famous artists such as Stefanos Korkolis, Dimitris Mitropanos and Marios Tokas.
It was the same year that he signed his first contract with Sony Music Greece and planned on releasing his first album.

Titled after his name, the album was released the following year and became platinum in a few months. His second album “Kairos Na Pame Parakato” (“Time to Move On”) was published in April 1998 and for the second time in a row his album gained platinum status.
