... your kitchen could talk?

what ifCooking. One word, for many mostly associated with just one other word, mess. I'm pretty sure almost everyone is familiar with the condition a kitchen can be in, after a good meal has been prepared, even if they have not been responsible for the chaos themselves.

But don't you think that most of the mess could have been easily avoided?

For example if you didn't have to open various kitchen cabinets in an attempt to find the desperately needed ingredient, you are absolutely sure you brought home from your last shopping trip, but suddenly can't find anymore.

Also going through cookery books, with your fingers already soiled with oil or other substances, to find the recipe you are trying to prepare, as you somehow can't remember the ingredients you need or just want to check how to proceed with the cooking.

Now just imagine, how all of this could turn out completely different, if you did not have to experience any of the scenarios mentioned above, as there would be someone or rather something providing you support and advice along the way.

Would't that be wonderful if your kitchen could tell you, where your groceries were stored and the quantity in stock? This function would not only be beneficial while preparing a meal, but also decrease the time needed to prepare the weekly shopping list.

Just picture yourself, never finding overly ripe or even bad food in your refrigerator or drawers again, as your kitchen would have been able to inform you about the condition of your food and especially perishable food in time.

The oven or stove would be able to tell you the perfect order in which to add the ingredients to achieve the best result in the end.

But regardless of how wonderful and absolutely helpful this might sound, it is for sure only something we might be able to enjoy in the future.

In the meantime I wish you all the best for your next cooking session.
