Greek Style Pasta Salad

In our todays cultural contribution you will learn how to prepare a Greek style Pasta salad.
I will just give you an idea of what this dish could look like.

For four plates you need the following recipe:

     60 mL olive oil
    375 mL pasta of your choice, cooked and drained
    250 mL crumbled Greek Feta cheese
    250 mL diced tomato
    250 mL diced cucumber
    125 mL black olives, pitted and sliced
    125 mL sliced green bell pepper
    2 teaspoons  chopped fresh parsley
    2 teaspoons  chopped green onions
    1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 tsp (10 mL) fresh oregano leaves
    1 garlic clove, chopped

After you prepared these ingredients blend olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and oregano with maximum speed until it is a creamy mixture.
Thereupon you put the remaining food in a bowl and add the dressing you have just created.
In the end you can taste, how much salt and pepper you would like to add and ready is your Greek style Pasta salad.
What can also be helpful then is to chill for about one hour, so that the flavors can blend properly.
