Gyros salad
Today in our kitchen we prepare something easy and tasty - gyros salad which also look nice on the table, so you can prepare it for your guests.
What do you need:
1 chicken breast
1 jar of dill pickle
1 can of corn
1 big onion
ketchup
mayonnaise
chinese cabbage
gyros spice
To prepare this easy dish you first have to cut a chicken breast into pieces and fry it. At the end of frying add gyros seasoning and fry it about 10 minutes after that let it become cold. Cut the other ingredients (dill pickles, onion and chinese cabbage) into pieces. When every ingredient is prepared you can start to put them into a glass salad bowl. First layer: the fried chicken breast on the bottom and cover it with ketchup. Then put onion, dill pickles, mayonnaise, corn, ketchup, again mayonnaise and at the end some chinese cabbage. You don't have to use more spices besides of the gyros one.
Attention: A glass salad bowl is a must, otherwise your dinner guests will miss all the pretty layers :))
