Burjondi

Today I will present a traditional Greek recipe to you that could be something for every three- star chef and those who would like to appear as but in their own kitchen. The measurement is designed for two people again because fulsome praise is guaranteed. Burjondi will only take 15 minutes of your time- so you can even prepare this while watching TV in the next commercial break.

This is what we need:

  • 2   tomatoes
  • 2  onions
  • 8 red pepper (medium- strength)
  • a little bit of Feta
  • 2  garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • and olive oil.

This is how it works:

Start your meal by cutting all the ingredients and put them into a small baking dish (just crumble the Feta on the top). Then add salt, pepper,oregano and the olive oil as much as you want and put it into your oven. Leave it in the oven on 180 degrees until the Feta has a nice color.

We recommend to eat the Burjondi with bread that you can also put for some minutes into the oven so that it gets warm and crunchy. That is really tasty and finished in record time.
