Today we would like to take you for a trip to Karlovasi on Samos Island.

Karlovasi is a good destination for a couple of days trip and, what's even better for Chiosans or us- expats living here- it is reachable by direct ferry from Chios town! The trip lasts about 4 hours one way.

Kefalonia

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands of the western Greece. The size of the island is about 781 km2 and the total population is 35,801. The capital of Kefalonia is Argostoli. This island is in the heart of an earthquake zone. In 1953, a massive earthquake almost destroyed all settlement on the island.
