Fasolakia

This week,I will present you a recipe made in Greece!
The Fasolakia! This plate is easy to prepare and fit to every occasion.

 Ingredients:

800 g. calf , the shoulder cut into portions
1 1/2 green beans
2 medium sized onions
1 clove garlic
3 tomatoes
1 carrot, cut into cubes
1 large potato cut into square pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
little spice

Preparation:

Wash and cut the meat into portions. Place the onions and the garlic in a large saucepan . Add the meat and cook it for 5 minutes stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. Pour 2 cups of lukewarm water, cover the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Then pour the beans in the pot. Add the tomatoes, carrot, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Stir gently, cover the pot and cook for about 40 minutes until the sauce thickens. A few minutes before removing it from the heat, add the oil.
