Zakynthos

Zakynthos is a Greek island which is located in the eastern part of the Ionian Sea.
It is also called Zante Island. The second name, more a nickname is the Flower of East.
Zakynthos is the third largest island in the Ionian Sea.  It is one of the most famous touristic places in Greece.

 Zakynthos Island is perfect for the holiday vacations. It is the center of culture, entertainment and relaxing time.

Zakynthos town is the main town on the island. There are many interesting things to see: Feneromeni church, the cultural center Dionysios Solomos Square and the statue of Dionysios Solomos, as well as the church and monastery ruins of Panagia Skopiotissa.

The most famous beach on this Island is Navagio beach, which is surrounded by clear blue water.
But that is not all. You can also see turtles on this island.
