"If you’re expecting cool samba rhythms and sexy Latin sounds just because this band is from Brazil, forget it!" This is the first sentence of the band MindFlow, when they introduce themselves.

This band is a hardcore band which plays rock and their members are playing since many years together. A time before they played mostly in their home region in South America until they produced their first two albums. The first was produced in 2003 "Just the Two of Us…Me and Them" and in 2006 "Mind Over Body", both self-produced and self-promoted by the band. They also introduced themselves by planing music on the streets and after six long years their dream came true. MindFlow got attention from the international music industry and so they had the change to play on music festivals in Europe, USA and Southeast Asia! At this time many people started to be interested in this band and now they have a huge audience all over the world.

About the band history:

10 years ago, the students Rafael Pensado and Rodrigo Hidalgo found themselves. Their friendship started out of a mutual love of music and both wanted to play in a good band. Before they only played in cover bands and so they decided to start a own band, only with drums and guitar. But they improved their music skills and so was Ricardo also able to play the bass-guitar. After a long time they met a good singer called Danilo Herber, which sang in different bands and had very good vocal technique and music theory. Now MindFlow had three members, which decided to use their music for more than just the power and entertainment.

MindFlow plays music which you can organize in Heavy metal, hard rock or modern rock. But you are not able to find one category where you can put their music into. They write songs about the world, about the life, also emotional lyrics that reach a listener’s mind as well as their ears.
First they wanted to work without a producer to be free in their work but a few years ago the band decided to look for a successful producer. So they send the famous Ben Grosse (who worked with Marilyn Manson, Megadeth, Slipknot, Disturbed, etc.) some examples of their music and he wanted to work with MindFlow. So they started together to produce their third album "Breakthrough".
Later they collected their best songs and made their fourth album with it. So they are on the best way to get famous on every place on this world and fill the audience with enthusiasm, when MindFlow plays music!
