Today, I want to tell you the story of a Greek poet who has been criticized over time for her unusual poems that talked about taboo subjects. she was born in Ereso but lived in the main town of Lesvos, Mytilene.
she was born from a noble family and was sent into an exile in Sicily between 607 and 590, maybe because the ruling family in Mytilene didn't agree with what he wrote. Her life was devoted exclusively to poetry that dealt with themes mostly regarding homosexuality.
